Merchandising is the practice of arranging, presenting and caring for products in an appealing manner to make the retail shopping experience easier and more enjoyable for customers.

GMS applies the principles of retail merchandising to the category of live plants to create pleasing and easy to shop experiences for retail customers in the garden centers that we serve. Our aim is make a great first impression, make it easy for customers to find what they need and to offer ideas that will inspire the customer to achieve their gardening and flowering decorating goals.

Grower Merchandising Service follows merchandising guidelines and “play books” to create a pleasing and easy to navigate shopping experience for everyone that visits our garden centers.  One of the biggest parts of our responsibility is putting our best products on display. The appearance of the plants sends a clear message and is the easiest way of putting our best foot forward.  The tables we merchandise should have only fresh, top quality, in bloom product at all times Grower Merchandising Service cares about our employees.
